Patient Preparation: For optimal antibody detection, specimen collection should occur prior to initiation of immunosuppressant medication.

Acceptable: Serum gel

Submission Container/Tube: Plastic vial

Specimen Volume: 2 mL

Collection Instructions: Centrifuge and aliquot serum into a plastic vial.
