Specimen Collection: Rinse mouth or gargle with water to remove excess oral flora. Patient must cough deeply.
Specimen Transport: 24 hr, no refrigeration.

Specimen Collection: 1 specimen per day.

Specimen Transport: 24 hr, no refrigeration.
