Collection Instructions
Specimen Collection:
Nasal: Moisten swab with saline and insert about 1 inch (2.5 cm) into nose. Gently rotate against nasal mucosa.
Axilla: Rotate the swab over the skin of the armpit, focusing on the crease where the arm meets the body.
Groin: Rotate the swab firmly against the skin in the groin crease (where the leg meets the torso).
